Musaffah's Neighbourhood Typing Centre
Musaffah is Abu Dhabi's industrial engine, factories, workshops, driving schools, contracting firms, and thousands of expatriate families making their life in the UAE. Government paperwork touches nearly every one of them: a new employment visa when a company hires, an Emirates ID when a child turns 15, a trade licence renewal each year, a VAT return each quarter, a passport renewal every 5 or 10 years.
Surma Aviation Typing Services was set up to make that paperwork feel less intimidating. Instead of standing in queues at multiple government service centres, our customers send us a photo of their documents on WhatsApp and we take it from there, checking, typing, submitting on the correct portal, tracking the application and updating them at every stage.
We work with ICP (Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship), MOHRE (Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation), GDRFA, Abu Dhabi Police, RTA, the Federal Tax Authority (FTA), MOFA and ADDED, plus embassy paperwork for Bangladeshi, Indian, Pakistani and other South-Asian communities. Because we handle the full range under one roof, most Musaffah residents get everything done in a single visit.
