Where is Surma Aviation Typing Services located?
We are in Musaffah M-26, Abu Dhabi. Walk in during working hours or send documents on WhatsApp.
Do I need to visit the office in person?
For most typing work, no. Send clear photos of your documents on WhatsApp and we'll process online. Medicals, biometrics and Emirates ID capture require your presence at the government centre.
How much do your services cost?
Costs are split between government fees (fixed by the authority) and our service fee. We share both upfront on WhatsApp before starting.
How do I pay?
Cash, card or bank transfer at the office. Government fees are paid on your behalf through the portal.
Which languages do you speak?
English, Arabic, Urdu, Bengali and Hindi.
How will I know when my application is ready?
We send status updates on WhatsApp and share every approval, e-visa and receipt as soon as it's issued.

New Visa ApplicationHow long does a new visa take in Abu Dhabi?
Usually 5 to 10 working days once the medical and biometrics are completed. Golden and investor visas can be faster.
New Visa ApplicationDo you book the medical fitness test?
Yes, we book it at the nearest approved centre in Abu Dhabi and share the appointment on WhatsApp.
New Visa ApplicationCan I change my visa status inside the UAE?
In many cases yes, through an in-country status change. Bring your passport and current visa, we will confirm eligibility.
Visa RenewalWhen should I start visa renewal?
Start 30 days before the visa expires so the medical, Emirates ID and stamping all finish before expiry.
Visa RenewalWhat if my visa has already expired?
Bring it in as soon as possible. Fines are AED 50 per day, and we can renew even after expiry, we just want to stop the meter.
Family VisaWhat is the minimum salary for a family visa?
Generally AED 4,000 with accommodation or AED 3,000 plus housing allowance. Special professions have relaxed rules, we confirm your case.
Family VisaMy marriage certificate isn't attested. Can you help?
Yes, we handle the full attestation chain including MOFA and, where needed, embassy attestation before filing the visa.
Visit VisaCan visit visas be extended?
Yes, most visit visas can be extended once from inside the UAE, we handle the extension typing.
Visit VisaHow long does approval take?
Usually 48 to 72 hours for standard tourist visas. Family visit approvals can take slightly longer.
E-Channel & Emigration ServicesDo I need E-Channel for a single visa?
Only if you are the sponsor. Most employees do not need a personal E-Channel account.

Typically 1-3 working days once Ejari and fees are ready.

Yes, but late fees apply. Bring the file in as soon as possible to stop the meter.

Mandatory if taxable turnover exceeds AED 375,000 per year; voluntary above AED 187,500.

Freelance permit holders generally register once, even if income is below the 9% threshold.

Standard permits take 1-3 working days. Categories requiring Tawjeeh add another 1-2 days.

Yes, sessions run in multiple languages, we book the right one for you.
BMET & WEWB Card ServicesDo you have Bangla speaking staff?
Yes, our team speaks Bangla, Hindi, Urdu, English and Arabic.
Driving Licence ServicesHow long is the renewed licence valid?
Usually 5 or 10 years depending on your visa duration.
